TRIP DURATION
8AM TO 1.PM (2nd DAY)
♦ Starting from the office at 8AM. Check in the boat at 8.10AM. Cruising around Lan Ha Bay. Crossing the border between Lan Ha and Ha Long Bay to go into Ha Long Bay for few hours discovering. Enjoying the natural beauty of the landscapes surrounding. Playing photographer with Candle Island, Toad Island, Descending Scorpion Island, Eagel fishing.
♦ Anchoring in a quiet lagoon to have lunch. Taking part in jumping from the top of the boat into the lagoon to get fun. Kayaking in HANG CA area with four caves. Swimming and snorkeling in BA TRAI DAO.
♦ Vietnamese food and seafood dinner on the boat (or at the floating homestay)
♦ Kayaking into hidden area (at night) for nature enjoying and plankton watching
DETAILED DESCRIPTION
DEPART: 8.00AM
RETURN: 1.PM (2nd DAY)
PICK UP: CAT BA VISION OFFICE
1ST DAY:
7.45: Meeting at CAT BA VISION OFFICE (ADD) : 190-1/4STREET-CAT BA CENTER
WARNINGS: (CAT BA BAY VISION HOTEL is not our hotel, so the tour from the hotel doesn't come from CAT BA VISION company)
8.00: Get on the mini-bus to transport to BEO DOCK(Just 5 minutes away from our office)
8.15: Get on the boat and start the cruise by going through BEO floating fishing village, passing out Monkey Island then keep cruising around Lan Ha Bay to enjoy amazing landscapes of limestone islands.
9.30: Stop to visit the biggest fishing farm (Spending 20 to 25 minutes walking around the farm for hunting some pictures of the fishes and discovering how does Vietnamese fishermen earn their livings...)
9.50: Continue cruising by passing out Buddha island then cross the border to get out of Lan Ha to be in Ha Long Bay. Sailing through the beautiful landscapes of Ha Long Bay. You can sight-seeing to BAI TU LONG bay as well as take so many beautiful pictures of the bay. The boat brings you go up to the North part of Ha Long bay before anchoring at very calm lagoon to have lunch.
11.30: Vietnamese food, seafood and vegetarian food lunch on the boat (The lagoon in which we drop the anchor is very calm, quiet that you hardly see other tourists or tourist boats moving around). After having lunch, you can take part in jumping-swimming or just playing photographer with the landscapes surounds.
12.45: Continue moving to HANG CA area for doing kayaking. We will spend one and a half hours kayaking through caves and natural rock tunnels such as DARK CAVE-BAT CAVE-BRIGHT CAVE AND MONKEY CAVE (DARK CAVE is the most beautiful one, around 400 meters long, decorated with so many stalactites holding on the ceiling of the cave). This activities will be guided by a Vietnamese English speaking tourist guide (We will do kayaking in group leading by the guide). After kayaking, continue moving to swimming-snorkeling area named BA TRAI DAO.
15.00: Arriving at BA TRAI DAO for swimming and snorkeling
*Drop the anchor nearby secluded sandy beach that separated from the other groups to go swimming and do snorkeling.
*Snorkel gears will be provided by our tourist guide.
16.00:Continue moving to the appointed sleeping area to check in the Floating homestay that located in a very calm lagoon in the bay (a very beautiful location that you can enjoy both sunset and sunrise from the sea) to have overnight.
16.45:Relaxing with the nature then sunset viewing.
18.30: Vietnamese food and seafood dinner.
19.30: Kayaking into hidden areas around for PLANKTON watching.
2ND DAY:
7.30: Sunrise breakfast with included hot drinks.
8.30: Start to do kayaking to explore TUNG CAI lagoon-The lagoon that the new KING KONG movie was filmed-(This is a very big nature area that you hardly see other tourists)
10.20: Come back to the floating homestay to have shower.
11.00: Following to the boat to go back to the harbor
11.30: Lunch at the most famous local restaurant.
12.30: The trip finishes
⇒ Travelers can leave Cat Ba after the trip ended (TO HA NOI-NINH BINH-SAPA-HA GIANG...)

♦ We supply a-60 seater boat. The first day of the tour, you will join with a group maximum 30 people. The night and second day of the tour, the group will be maximum 10 people.
2.What kind of kayak do I do?
♦ You do kayaking with double kayak=a-2person kayak (Front seat and back seat⇒Captain in the back)
3.How long does the kayaking activity last?
♦ Around 1 and a half hours
4.We do kayaking free or with the guide?
♦ You will do with a group guided by our tourist guide.
5.Is it cold in the cave?
♦ No, it is cool in summer and warm in winter
6.Can we do snorkeling? Can we see many things?
♦ Absolutely yes, but you can see not really much things because the color of the water around Ha Long and Lan Ha bay are always in green.
