3.DEPOSIT POLICIES:
* No deposit for single day cruise (1DAY TOUR)
* 25USD per person for the tour code 02 (1DAY-1NIGHT TOUR)
* 45USD per person for the tour code 03.001 (2DAY-1NIGHT TOUR)
* 70USD per person for the tour code 05 (3DAY-2NIGHT TOUR)
For the reservation made less than 5 days before departing date, full payment for the trip is required

We recommend you to pay the deposit by PAYPAL because it costs less fees than paying by BANK TRANSFER. By PAYPAL, it costs round 4.4%.
NOTE:
* Please let us know soonest after you sent the deposit. We will let you know as soon as we received it.
* The TRANSFER FEES is NOT INCLUDED on the prices of the tour (You pay the fees by yourselves)
5. POLICIES OF THE CANCELATION:
5.1: If the reservation cancelled 20DAYS before tour departing date, the deposit will be refunded 75%
5.2: If the reservation cancelled 10DAYS before tour departing date, the deposit will be refunded 50%
5.3: If the reservation cancelled 5DAYS before tour departing date, the deposit will be refunded 30%
5.4: No refunds if the reservation cancelled less than 5DAYS before the tour departing date.
5.5: If we cancel the tour due to the bad weather or unforesable, we will reschedule the tour (Move into another date if you want) or giving you full refunds (100% refunds of the amount that you had paid)-It depends on your own choice.
NOTE: If you have some trouble about your health (unexpected situation) that you can't continue the trip, we will be flexible to give you from 25% to 35% refunds of the prices you have paid -(You have to prove it to us)
6. FINAL PAYMENT:
The rest of the payment will be done on your arrival at our office from the day before the tour. Our office is located at 190-1/4street, in CAT BA centre -(CARD or CASH are all accepted BUT CARD costs 3%higher. WE PREFER CASH IN VND- EURO-USD)
